portrait [Bizarre] has its home in Maasmechelen, a former Belgian miner village.
'Herbert Coox' (bass), 'Raymond Szostek' (keys) and 'Marc Cloostermans' (guitars) formed the band 22 years ago, but with a new singer, 'Yannick Camps' and a new drummer, 'Ron Poelmans', this is a fresh start with an experienced professional base.
Under the supervision of producer/mentor Luc Van Acker, the band recorded a lot of new songs in their own studio: an old miner's house.
portrait [Bizarre] stands for good British alternative and radio-friendly pop with the great singer Yannick, who shares his passion for music with his love for greyhounds.
